These Terms and Conditions govern the facilitation services made available through BookAnInstructor. By using this website, submitting an instructor request, or creating an instructor profile, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.

1. Definitions

A customer is a person or business using the website to request or find instructor services. An instructor is a person offering instructor, coaching, teaching, training, or related services through the website.

2. Facilitation Services

BookAnInstructor acts as a facilitator only. We help customers and instructors connect, but any agreement for services is made directly between the customer and the instructor.

Customers are responsible for deciding whether an instructor is suitable before engaging them. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, qualifications, availability, pricing, and service delivery.

Instructors must hold and maintain their own current public liability insurance cover for the services they offer and provide through any introduction made via BookAnInstructor.

3. Requests and Profiles

When a customer submits an instructor request, the information provided may be used to identify suitable instructors. When an instructor creates a profile, the information may be reviewed before being published or shared.

We may refuse, edit, suspend, or remove requests, profiles, reviews, or content that we consider inaccurate, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or unsuitable for the website.

4. Fees and Payments

Where fees, commissions, subscriptions, or paid listing services apply, these will be shown or agreed before payment. Instructor services are supplied by the instructor, not by BookAnInstructor.

5. Reviews and Conduct

Reviews should be honest, fair, and based on genuine experience. Users must not submit unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, misleading, or copyrighted content.

6. Data Protection

Personal information submitted through the website may be used to provide the facilitation service, manage requests and profiles, contact users, and improve the website.

7. Liability

BookAnInstructor is not responsible for the performance, conduct, or suitability of any instructor. Any contract for instructor services is between the customer and the instructor.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the website or facilitation services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Australia.
